  Really wish this location didn't have such horrible service. Papa johns is my favorite as far as pizza goes, but they need to get their act together here they always take at least an hour to deliver pizza, and get an attitude when called. After giving them multiple chances I have decided I will never go to this location again.

  Every time I order they forgot signature peppers and garlic sauce, one of the times my pizza was not cut and was delivered cold... they made it right by giving a free pizza.
  
  I've since ordered by pickup and I've noticed the lack of sanitation guidelines they follow. They handle food with no gloves constantly, even drivers have grabbed hand fulls of peppers and thrown them in boxes with nobody thinking anything of it. The more I think of it.. these workers are disgusting and show no concern for our health or their own hygiene. As great as papa Johns food is, this location in Suffolk VA is not a great representation of their company so I recommend Domino's.

  Over an hour for delivery. Pizza delivered lukewarm. No explanation, or apology from driver. Pizza tasted ok, but bland.
